HOLISTIC SCOPE OF WORK:

We took the helm of Brutus Broth's social media strategy, managing their TikTok, Pinterest, and affiliate programs. Our responsibilities expanded to encompass paid media, blogs, and further evolved to manage organic Meta completely, including grid creation, posting, and community engagement.

OVERARCHING GOALS:

Enhance brand awareness, boost reach and engagement, create educational yet creative content, utilize UGC that came through from fans.

OVERARCHING STRATEGY:

We started small, first focusing on organic TikTok. We experimented a lot to learn what types of content resonated with the Brutus audience. As we saw good results, we continued to optimize other elements: becoming a verified merchant on Pinterest, building out a Meta strategy, leveraging collab posts, and pushing the envelope when it came to communicating all we needed to communicate. The key to success was continued execution, trying new things, and making sure everything was working in one large ecosystem.

Website sessions, reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, sales from affiliate, conversions, frequency (for paid), CPA (for paid), profile views (for paid).
